Participants who do not hold their Silver Award must undertake a further 6 months in either the Service or the longer of the Skills / Physical Recreation Section.
Mr Smith co-ordinates gold and they are timetabled to meet 1 period per week. In addition to this all Gold participants are expected to take part in 3 practice expeditions, 1 training weekend and 4 practice journeys. There should be a regular commitment averaging at least an hour a week.
